For twelve years, I taught at various local studios. I taught Yoga in the ballroom of a local country club...they were gracious hosts and I enjoyed the community very much. While those were all good venues, I am very pleased to be able to offer Yoga in Delmar at the studio I opened in 2024.
Each class begins with breathwork and is followed by a series of poses to stretch and strengthen the body. Class ends with a guided meditation. Please bring your own mat.
Check the schedule above and reserve your spot before coming to class. Occasionally, we need to skip a week. After June 1, classes will move to weekend mornings.

In-person sessions are offered in Delmar Monday-Friday (no evenings).
Designed for you based on your goals. Take the guesswork out of what to do on which days and how to use what you have at home. This works best if we've worked together in person prior to starting an online plan.
These online training plans can be completed in the comfort of your home. Minimal equipment is required for creating a routine. Video demos are included and an app that will guide you.

Having a supportive community can be a positive way to cope with physiological changes that occur during pregnancy as well as other life changes as you prepare to welcome a new baby into your life. Classes for women at all stages of pregnancy. Beginners welcome.
Wednesday evening Prenatal classes. *Pregnant women may take any class that works for their schedule.

Get back to doing the activities you love without wondering if you are doing it "right." This class offers the opportunity to be with other Moms and connection during a time that can feel isolating.
The program is for women who are at least 6 weeks postpartum and includes:
-4 Weekly sessions (45 min ea),
-Demo videos to follow during home workouts (HW assigned weekly)
-Breathing and posture cues
-Guidance for returning to running, strength training, yoga, triathlon and more
-List of resources for postpartum women (local & virtual)
